An assembled enclosure with integrated equipment
PaVos D1 combines an ultra-clear glass enclosure and ABS housing with a control panel and preset programmes. The brochure describes an assembled unit, with overall dimensions of 500 × 350 × 400 mm (L × W × H), gross weight of 5 kg and Tech White or Night Black finishes. Overall dimensions are not measurements of the usable interior, and gross weight is not net weight.
Heating and lighting perform different jobs
UVA basking assembly: 100 W rated power, paired with a top-mounted temperature sensor for temperature regulation.
UVB assembly: 8 W rated power, with timed operation. Lamp wattage alone does not specify the UV exposure at an animal’s position.
Bottom heating: a 16 W PTC heating pad covers half of the base, with a base temperature probe and upper-limit cut-off protection.
Ambient LED lighting: 10 W rated power with adjustable colour modes. Decorative lighting is a separate function from the UVB assembly.
Misting and enclosure access
The 5 W misting assembly has two nozzles, a magnetic mounting base and a 500 ml reservoir. The enclosure combines a push-release latch and a concealed sliding buckle. These are product functions, not evidence that the habitat can be left unattended or will suit every species without adjustment.
What to confirm before ordering
Confirm the supplied equipment and accessories, internal usable dimensions, voltage and plug type for your destination. Describe the planned substrate and furnishings. Ask about operating instructions, replacement lamps and maintenance requirements. The catalog does not establish app control, Wi-Fi connectivity or remote monitoring; confirm any connectivity requirement directly rather than inferring it from the word smart.
Use the ratings correctly
The listed wattages are component ratings, not measured daily electricity consumption. The brochure gives room temperature to 40°C for the bottom-heating system; that is not a recommended animal-care temperature or a guarantee for every point in the enclosure. Choose operating conditions for the intended animal and the final installation.
